adequate stay with some hiccups
rude receptionist missing iron
the reception staff was not great. i had ask for a quite room, away from families. the man didn't care at all and didn't bother to help, it felt very dismissive. also, the ironing table was there but had no iron, i had to request it, and it was a hassle.

the location had two malls nearby. this made things very convenient. breakfast offered a lot of variety and fresh options. i even ordered room service and the steak was good..
The ac felt very cold. it was like a freezer. i had to purchase a jacket just to stay warm. i also did not understand why they did not bring my supermarket orders. It felt disappointing.

clean room easy access ladies-only pool
The room was clean. The hotel is connected to a mall. This made accessing food and shopping easy. The ladies-only pool is a bonus for women guests. I appreciated being able to easily access dining and retail options through the mall (especially during the hotter parts of the day).
The pillows impacted the comfort of my stay. I found them to be of poor quality. I asked for replacement pillows three times, but they never arrived.
